be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, services, and support policy (if any).
Caribe assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and
the Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only
as against the manufacturer of the products. CARIBE MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE
PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. CARIBE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Caribe is not responsible for typographic and/or
photographic errors. Brands and product names are trademarks of their respective
companies. Prices do not include shipping and/or COD charges. Shipping is
non-refundable. All returns must be in original packages, have an RMA number and are
subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns received without an RMA number on the
outside of the package will be refused. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
TERMS OF SALE
Product Availability
Under circumstances when stock for this product is not
available at the moment we receive YOUR ORDER, we shall endeavor to make alternative
arrangements to procure and ship the product to you. Such circumstances could entail
a delay in shipment. Under circumstances where we are unable to honor YOUR
ORDER or part of it, we shall make a full refund of the amount remitted or paid to us
towards items that we are unable to supply. Caribe is not responsible for any kinds
of losses arising out of such mitigating circumstances.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders paid and transmitted to Caribe before 2PM EST
could be shipped the same and/or the next business day. Orders place and/or paid for
after 2PM EST would ship the next business day. Orders palced and paid anytime
Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.
Title & Risk of Loss
Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by
Caribe until good are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the
purchaser. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by the
BUYER is the BUYER'S responsibility. Title to software will remain with the
applicable licensor(s).
Export Sales
If goods herein being purchased are being purchased
for purposes of export the buyer must obtain from the federal government certain export
documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition,
manufacturer's warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void for goods
exported outside the United States. The Buyer should inquire further regarding any
questions. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
Pricing and Information Disclaimer
All pricing is subject to change. For all
prices and offers, Caribe reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market
conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements
and other extenuating circumstances.
