- Caribe offers a 15-day return policy on selected DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED items based on manufacturer return policies. NON-DEFECTIVE returns will not be accepted by Caribe
- CPU, Hard Disk Drives and Memory carry 2-day DOA.
- NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Please e-mail Larry at caribe@aug.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. For faster Service, please list the following information in your message when calling for an RMA number: Your name & phone number / User ID, order number and nature of the problem.
- All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the rnanufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
- You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items, Caribe will match your shipping method on your replacement item(s).
- Caribe strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
- If merchandise arrives damaged: it Is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Caribe immediately to arrange for a carrier Inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do nor notify Caribe of damaged goods within the first 5 days after arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Please contact us to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
- REFURBISHED PRODUCTS AND/OR SPECIALS may carry different warranties. Refer to the product listing for any special and/or different warranty.
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Caribe on returned items, and Caribe will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back. Software Return Policy Only DEFECTIVE software can be returned The return must take place within 15 days of date of arrival and may only be replaced for the SAME software title. Unopened software may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of arrival. Multiple software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized by the manufacturer Orders; Payment Terms; Interest: Taxes Orders are not binding until accepted by Caribe. Terms of payment are within Caribe's sole discretion. All purchases must be paid for by credit card at the time of purchase unless specifically authorized by Caribe in writing. The purchaser is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order. |
